We are open from Monday-Friday 9am-6pm except for holidays. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.


When submitting your order, please ensure you enter the correct address. However, if the address is mistakenly entered incorrectly, please email Kreative Fashions Boutique immediately at kreativefashionsboutique@gmail.com so that we can make sure package is delivered properly. Our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after your order is received. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19 YOU MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS. OUR BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY.

Shipping is currently  a flat rate free of $5. This is subject to change at any time.​


​If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service. Kreative Fashions Boutique DOES NOT hold ANY responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.


We do not  currently offer refunds. We offer store credit for eligible purchases only. When ordering please ensure you review descriptions and sizing charts to assist in choosing the right size. Accessories and swimwear are FINAL SALE ONLY and CANNOT BE EXCHANGED. 

You may exchange an eligible order for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price of the item/s exclusive of original shipping charges. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.

RETURN SHIPPING is the Responsibility of the customer. 

How To Make A Return

  • Must email kreativetouchesshop@gmail.com for return approval.

  • Please include your order number in the initial email.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, without stains and tags attached.

  • Accessories cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.

  • All Sale/Clearance/Promotional Items are FINAL SALE.

Store Credit:

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website www.kreativefashions.com.

  • Store Credit is non-transferable.

  • Store Credit will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item.

  • Maintain track of your return parcel. 

  • Store credit is issued after your returned is scanned as received. 

  • Maintaining track of status is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Store Credit does not have an expiration date

  • Store Credit will be sent via email to the email address you used to make your purchase. 


  • In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item. You must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.

  • You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored.
