What are the hours of operations?


We are open from Monday-Friday 9am-6pm except for holidays. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.




What is your shipping policy?


We are currently shipping through USPS, Fedex or UPS. When submitting your order, please ensure you enter the correct address. However, if the address is mistakenly entered incorrectly, please email Kreative Fashions Boutique immediately at kreativefashionsboutique@gmail.com so that we can make sure package is delivered properly. Our custom orders are typically shipped within 7-14 business days after your order is received. PLEASE NOTE: OUR BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY.




My order reads DELIVERED, however I did not receive it. What can I do?


If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your chosen method of delivery using your tracking number. Kreative Touches Shop DOES NOT hold ANY responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.




I did not receive my digital products. What can I do?


Please check your email for a link from Kreative Touches Shop. Be sure to check your SPAM folder. If you still have not received the link, please contact customer service at kreativetouchesshop@gmail.com. You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.




Can I resell the printables?


My printables are not allowed to be resold. The files are only available for personal use.




Do you offer cancellations, exchanges or refunds?


Due to the custom nature of this products, refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted.
